Race Equality Charter

Advance HE’s Race Equality Charter provides a framework through which institutions work to identify and self-reflect on institutional and cultural barriers standing in the way of Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority staff and students.

缅北轮奸 signed up to the Race Equality Charter in March 2021, and was awarded Bronze by Advance HE in August 2024.

What is the Race Equality Charter?

The Charter aims to help universities improve the representation, experience, progression and success of racially minoritised staff and students within higher education.

It provides a rigorous and robust framework through which institutions work to critically reflect and act on institutional and cultural barriers standing in the way of the progression and success of racially minoritised staff and students.

Action plan and implementation

The Bronze Award recognises the work 缅北轮奸 completed to identify race equality issues, define a comprehensive action plan, and commit to its implementation.
